Concept
Visitors can play with yarns set in the chashitsu weaving it to the bamboo structure. The participants can also join in a game conceived from a Korean game "Yut Nori".

How to participate
Preparation: Nothing in particular is needed to participate in the workshop.
The work completed during the workshop will be
exhibited in the Chashitsu; it will not be returned to the participants.
Requests and cautions for visitors
*Please do not touch objects hung in the Chashitsu.
*Your cooperation NOT to speak loudly will be highly appreciated.
* The structures of bamboo chashitsu may be fragile and the visitors are asked not to force them to move by hanging or leaning.
Timetable
The workshop will take place in the occasion of the Artist's presence during the exhibition period. In the Artist's absence, the visitors can enjoy the chashitsu as a exhibition.
* Details of each program may be subject to change without notice. In addition, the event at this venue may be canceled if a state of emergency or restrictions on the holding of events is announced by the government or prefectural authorities.
* In order to avoid close contact, we are limiting the number of people who can enter the exhibition. For this reason you may have to wait when crowded.
About the Artist
Yoon Huh

Born in 1988 in Seoul. She studies Oil Painting in the Doctoral course, Graduate School of Fine Arts, Tokyo University of the Arts. As a mediator for space creation, Yoon creates works that act as a communication tool aimed at reducing a distance between people. She has used her own body as a medium for communication in TURN in Poland. She currently works on various form of expression from painting to sculptures, conducting research on the creation of a time in which people can connect with each other through art, regardless of language and nationality.
